The art of spiritual direction is not the same as being a licensed
therapist. Spiritual Direction is the religious or spiritual dialogue concerning the presence and personal connection to the
Divine. The purpose of Spiritual Direction is to help deepen one’s connection through present awareness, deep listening,
and facilitation.

Initially
we set up an introductory meeting and speak together about your needs. If we feel we are
a good match, we will set up additional meetings and begin this journey together. You may chose to work with one of
us or together.
