The Planning
Step One: Getting to Know You: We meet and get acquainted. There is no cost or obligation for this initial
meeting.
Step
Two: Hold the Date: Once
we decide to go forward together with the planning of the ceremony or service there is a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to
hold your date for Standard - Traditional or Deluxe Ceremonies and $25.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the
date for a Simple Ceremony.
Step Three: How Much Creativity: The fee for your ceremony will depend on the complexity and amount of orchestrating that is
needed. Please refer to the 'Fees' page for details.
Step Four: Travel: Travel outside of 50 miles radius is an additional $25.00. Fees for
accommodations and meals plus the duration of my stay are additional and can be discussed at the time of the meeting.
Step Five: Creating the Ceremony: Traditional or Deluxe
I invite you to share any ideas and/or suggestions
you may have in order to help make your wedding day magical and fulfilling.
Many couples write their own vows or ask that they are created based their personal feelings
and needs. We will work together to create a ceremony that is uniquely yours.
After the consultation an outline of the script will be
sent via email. Changes, additions and fine-tuning the ceremony are possible up to three days before the
ceremony date.
If the
wedding has several attendants, a complicated format, special selections of music or readings; rehearsal the night before
is essential so all members of the ceremony will need to plan accordingly.
